About the Role As an In-Home Design Consultant, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to help design and sell bathroom remodeling solutions. This is a consultative sales role where you'll guide customers through the design process, educate them on product options, and provide pricing and financing solutions tailored to their needs. No cold calling or door knocking — appointments are pre-set for you. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face sales, enjoys helping homeowners improve their spaces, and wants the opportunity to earn six figures in a performance-driven environment.
