Job Description

Heritage Resource Group is looking for Internal Sales Advisors to join our Call Center! Our Internal Sales Advisors is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer experiences in all aspects of a call center by participation through telephone, email or chats/texts. The main objective is to quickly and efficiently answer all inquiries through telephone, email, and/or text to provide information and schedule an in-person tour. This position is expected to increase the percentage of documented leads, improve gathering of contact information, grow the provider's inquiry-to-tour ratio, and advance and modernize sales efforts
Duties and Responsibilities Includes:
Answer phones and emails on all incoming inquiries and provide "speed to lead" Provide live "chats" with customers online Interact with all prospects in a friendly and courteous manner Engage with all new prospects, create more detailed customer profiles and share information based on each prospect's specific needs and desires Nurture prospect relationships and improve the quality of the prospect experience Facilitate direct connections with Community Relations Directors from the Pacifica Senior Living community/communities that interest them Securely track relevant customer data and interactions Knowledge of the communities and services that each community provides Provide prospect with relevant community information to assist them scheduling an in-person tour Prospect outreach to assist Community Relations Directors with maintaining their database Provide a high quality of customer service to existing and potential prospects Perform additional responsibilities as needed Competencies/Skills Required Excellent phone etiquette skills Ability and willingness to be part of a team which includes working together cohesively towards a common goal, Creating a positive work atmosphere and supporting each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance Maintain a courteous and professional manner when dealing with internal and external customers and vendors Ability to communicate information clearly Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously Must be committed to accuracy and able to pay close attention to detail Well-developed oral and written communication/grammar skills Ability to readily isolate, evaluate, and solve problems with sound judgment Dedicated to ongoing education for changes in industry standards and trends Ability to maintain confidentiality both within and outside of the company Ability and discipline to follow all company policies including safety policies and procedures Education and/or Experience Minimum 3
  • 5 years' experience in a sales/customer service environment and/or relevant senior living experience, including phone and keyboard skills.
Work setting:
In-person Office Schedule:
Must be able to work weekends and have flexibility Hours will vary as we are open: Monday
  • Friday from 6:00am
  • 6:00pm Saturdays & Sundays 7:00am
  • 3:00pm
