PM Compensation:
$75,000•$100,000+ annually (Base + Commission + Bonuses) About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a temporary to hire driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Associate to join their growing private real estate lending firm in San Diego . This is a fully onsite role focused on originating bridge loan opportunities and expanding strategic relationships across the real estate and finance community. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at prospecting, relationship building, and closing new business . What You'll Do Originate new bridge loan opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship development Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, bankers, real estate professionals, and borrowers Generate consistent pipeline by developing new referral sources Conduct cold calls , schedule meetings, and attend local networking events Structure and present loan scenarios to prospective clients and partners Manage an active pipeline, including follow-ups and inbound inquiries Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed borrower notes Assist with loan packaging and coordination throughout the lending process Represent the firm professionally in meetings, calls, and industry events What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of real estate lending, mortgage sales, business development, or financial services experience preferred Strong sales and business development experience , with a proven track record of closing deals Confidence with cold calling and outbound prospecting Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to travel locally for meetings and events Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + tiered commission + performance bonuses Total earnings potential: $75K•$100K+ All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
