Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We're a fast-growing company in the building materials space, bringing an innovative soundproofing solution, SONOpan into Home Depot stores across the U.S. We're looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative/Territory Sales Manager to help us expand throughout Southern California. If you thrive at building relationships, providing real solutions for contractors and pros, and want to be part of our growing team, this is your chance.

Responsibilities:

Visit Home Depot locations where our product is sold Build and maintain strong relationships with in-store staff, contractors, and builders Implement our sales strategies to drive sales and meet targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our soundproofing panels Collaborate with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outside sales Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs Excellent negotiation and communication skills Technical sales knowledge is a plus Fluency in Spanish is advantageous Ability to travel as required

Full-time Salary/Commission/Bonus:

Salary Commission on every panel sold in your territory KPI Bonus paid
