We are looking for a high performing Sales Associate / Front Desk Representative who thrives in sales, loves fitness, and understands that the front desk is not just customer service — it is a sales position. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, closing memberships, and helping grow a business, this role is for you. Responsibilities Sales Focus (Primary Responsibility) Conduct membership consultations and close sales Follow up with leads via calls, texts, email, and social media DMs Convert trials, consultations, and walk ins into memberships Execute daily sales outreach and follow up tasks Hit and exceed monthly membership sales goals Maintain a minimum conversion target and continuously improve performance Promote memberships, upgrades, recovery services, retail, and special offers Track leads and maintain accurate CRM notes Front Desk / Operations Deliver an exceptional client experience from check in to exit Greet members and build relationships with clients Manage class bookings, scheduling, and account updates Handle inquiries, tours, and new client onboarding Keep front desk, lobby, and studio presentation standards high Support events, promotions, and community initiatives Qualifications Previous sales experience

REQUIRED
