Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management to generate new leads and expand market reach Conduct comprehensive product demos to showcase features and benefits, effectively upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth Develop strategic business plans to target B2B (business-to-business) clients, fostering long-term partnerships Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate terms with clients to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and sales performance Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong understanding of territory management Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to service delivery Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities Strong communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and engaging client discussions Ability to perform analysis of market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Experience in retail sales or inside sales environments is advantageous Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to support business development efforts Effective management skills for overseeing multiple accounts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Join us as a Sales Counselor and become a vital part of a vibrant team dedicated to driving growth through innovative sales strategies!
