Our Sales representatives go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their home remodeling projects. Primary Responsibilities
- Travel to and from each residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the San Diego area - no cold calling or door knocking!
- Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations, by following a value-based selling process based on honesty and integrity.
- Attend trainings and regular sales meetings. Qualifications
- Hold a valid driver's license (required)
- Comfortable traveling for appointments on a daily basis (required)
- Must have your own vehicle
- Previous outside sales experience is a plus, however highly motivated entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
- A strong desire and ability to close the sale
- Evening and Saturday availability (required) Compensation
- Upon completion of the Company's initial training program, Sales Consultants enjoy uncapped earning potential with commissions equal to 10% of revenue generated on sales contracts, subject to the terms and conditions of the Sales Representative Agreement.
