Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative (Progression Role) to join our San Diego team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route. About the Role After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle. What You'll Get $26

• 27/hour , with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay Anticipated annual earnings: $70,000
• 75,000 Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM On-call rotation: Roughly every 10 weeks Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training Career progression: This role prepares you to move into a Service & Sales Representative position, where first-year earnings typically range from $80,000•85,000.
