Job Description

Takeoff Enterprises is a marketing consulting firm based in Santa Clara. We have partnered with known telecommunications brands throughout the nation and supported customer acquisition, sales growth, and business outreach. Through our work with AT&T, we help connect local businesses with wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions that support their daily operations and long-term growth. As we are currently expanding, we are looking for an AT&T Sales Representative to join our AT&T team. This AT&T Sales Representative role is a full-time, in-person role focused on speaking with business customers, introducing AT&T products and services, and helping customers choose service options that fit their needs. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, learning through direct experience, and being part of a goal-driven team environment. What You'll Do as an
AT&T Sales Representative:
Engage with local business customers to discuss AT&T service options Present wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions based on customer needs As an AT&T Sales Representative, ask questions to better understand each customer's goals and current services Provide clear information on available promotions, pricing, upgrades, and enrollment options Support customers through new activations, service changes, and account updates Create a positive customer experience through professional and consistent communication Keep accurate records of customer conversations, sales activity, and campaign progress Collaborate with AT&T Sales Representative team members and leadership to meet daily and weekly objectives Maintain a professional image for AT&T and Takeoff Enterprises during every interaction What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills as an AT&T Sales Representative Positive attitude and willingness to learn as an AT&T Sales Representative Comfortable speaking with customers and business professionals face-to-face Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable, organized, and professional as an AT&T Sales Representative Ability to work independently and with a team as an AT&T Sales Representative Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required People who tend to do well in this role: Servers, bartenders, restaurant and hospitality staff, retail associates, customer service representatives, call center agents, front desk receptionists, insurance agents, fitness trainers, and anyone with experience in a commission or goal-driven environment.
