Job Description

Anderson Group International's Northern California office is looking for a fast paced, results oriented Business Development Representative. Participate in a growing organization through providing unparalleled customer relationship building, be an integral part of the team restoring lives after loss and destruction at homes and businesses. General Purpose To plan and carry out all sales activities in the Northern California region. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and monitoring service delivery. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities develop and maintain a customer database generate and qualify leads source and develop client referrals prepare sales action plans and schedules develop and maintain sales and promotional materials plan and conduct direct sales make sales calls to new and existing clients develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients develop sales proposals present sales contracts maintain sales activity records and reports respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person ensure customer service satisfaction and excellent client relationships follow up on sales activity quality checks on product and service delivery monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management conduct market research and surveys participate in sales events monitor competitors, market conditions and product development Education and Experience knowledge of relevant computer applications knowledge of principles and practices of sales knowledge of customer service principles knowledge of basic business principles experience in sales experience in making presentations proven ability to achieve sales targets 4 year degree in business with concentration in Marketing preferred Must possess experience in the construction field Key Competencies planning and organizing persuasiveness adaptability verbal and written communication negotiation resilience stress tolerance goal driven Salary DOE plus performance-based incentives
