In this role, you will be the driving force behind our online sales efforts, engaging with potential customers through various digital channels to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close high-end sales. Your enthusiasm for customer service combined with your expertise in B2B (business-to-business) and retail sales will help us expand our digital footprint and deliver exceptional purchasing experiences. Duties Actively engage prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and online chat to promote products and services Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing leads Conduct outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, to generate interest and secure appointments Negotiate deals effectively with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet company standards Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update customer information, and monitor sales progress Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue while maintaining excellent customer service standards Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that increase online visibility and attract high-end clientele Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on high-end transactions Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management tools to support sales activities Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and follow-ups efficiently Knowledge of automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required; a passion for automobiles is beneficial Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory control purposes Strong outbound sales skills including cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies Customer service expertise combined with effective marketing knowledge to enhance client engagement Join us as an Internet Sales Representative and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences!
