Would you like to engage with a growing company where hard work, innovation, and self-improvement are among the key values? Are you a closer looking for multiple warm, confirmed leads to you daily? Do you want to find a company that values family over anything else? Then look no further. We are currently seeking an experienced Design Consultants with extensive experience in the sales world. Your Job will be to run preset, confirmed warm sales appointments and close deals. We offer extensive training to get your skill set up to speed and a highly competitive compensation package with no commission cap. Our top rep currently brings in more than $25k per month. The ideal candidate for this position will create and implement a sales strategy, have outstanding communication skills, be a fast learner, and can establish strong relationships.
Compensation:
100% Commission, highly competitive commission structure ($55,000 -$200,000+) Time off for family and important life milestones - birthdays always off All expenses paid trip to Cabo San Lucas for yourself and a guest for any rep who sells over $1.5million in a calendar year.Requirements and considerations:
- Highly organized
- Self-Motivated and highly competitive
- Extensive knowledge of human psychology in relation to the sales process.
- Requires follow up and tracking leads and appointments within the company CRM
- Drivers License, working vehicle with insurance
- Strong sales closing skills
- basic computer skills
- At least 1 year of Sales experience, we will train the right person.
- Turf/Landscape experience is a plus but not needed.
