We're expanding into new territories and looking for a driven, self-managed sales rep to own the San Jose market. Every dental office you walk into is a multi-buyer environment — one visit can produce commissions from the dentist, hygienist, and assistants all in the same appointment. You'll also have access to high-volume Loupes Fair events at dental schools, where 100+ students are actively shopping for loupes in a single day. On top of that, we provide warm inbound leads weekly so you're not starting from zero.
What Your Day Looks Like Morning:
prospecting calls, CRM follow-ups, and scheduling office visits
Midday:
drop-in visits, lunch-and-learn demos, and in-person meetings with dental practices
Afternoon:
follow up on warm company-provided leads, manage your pipeline in
GoHighLevel CRM Ongoing:
attend dental school Loupes Fairs (1-2x per year per school), dental conventions, and hygienist networking groups in your area We cover the cost of lunch-and-learn events (up to ~$100 per event) and run targeted digital ads in your territory to generate additional leads. Who We're Looking For Experience in door-to-door, B2B, medical/dental equipment, or outside sales — you know how to open doors and handle objections Self-starter who can structure their own day and stay accountable to their KPIs without a manager standing over them Comfortable working on full commission — you see it as freedom, not risk Professional presentation suitable for healthcare settings (clean-cut, articulate, minimal visible tattoos/piercings) Organized and CRM-literate — you log your activity and follow up consistently Open to coaching — we have a dedicated success coach and a proven sales playbook ready for you Clean background check required for access to clinical environments What's In It For You $200
