Welcome to EcoGuard! A local family owned Pest Management Company based out of Folsom, California. We pride ourselves on our 5-Star reputation and our superior IPM techniques. We are in an exciting growth stage and seeking to further expand our business. We are pursuing talented, self-motivated individuals with high energy and a positive attitude to join our service team. Job Overview:
Upbeat and fast paced working environment. Provide clients with gold standard customer service. Use industry leading pest control systems. State and county regulated pesticide and bait intergraded pest management. Travel daily in greater Sacramento area with company provided truck. We work hard, and we play hard too! Fun company activities.
Benefits & Compensation:
Salary $60K - $120k+ annually. Company vehicle. Locally owned and operated. Unlimited sales commissions. Performance based bonuses.
Job Requirements:
Clear SPCB Branch 3 Field Representative License. Clear SPCB Branch 2 Field Representative License. Valid driver's license. Pass criminal background check. WDO/termite/Exclusion inspection and job bidding experience 3+ years. Ability to access small areas (sub areas etc.) Customer service/communication skills.
