Job Description

We are hiring a Telecommunications Team Lead in Fremont, CA to support customer engagement, team coordination, and sales operations within the wireless and connectivity space. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to build leadership skills while working directly with customers and contributing to a high-performance team environment. This is an entry-level leadership role with hands-on training provided. As a Telecommunications Team Lead, you will play a key role in guiding customer interactions, supporting team productivity, and helping drive daily performance goals. The Telecommunications Team Lead will gain real-world experience in sales strategy, team development, and business operations in a fast-moving industry.
