Job Description

Elevare Management Inc is a sales and development firm expanding its San Leandro AT&T sales operations and is seeking a Full-Time Sales Team Lead. You'll guide a team promoting AT&T Fiber's symmetrical speeds and price‑lock guarantee. The Full Time Sales Team Lead will also be setting sales targets, conducting side‑by‑side coaching, and maintaining sales pipelines. As a Full Time Sales Team Lead, you will be the force behind your team's success in promoting AT&T Fiber as the gold standard in connectivity. The Full Time Sales Team Lead role involves balancing sales efforts with mentoring their team, ensuring every interaction highlights the unmatched speed and reliability of AT&T Fiber. Responsibilities of the Full Time Sales Team Lead Manage and inspire the team by engaging directly with customers and showcasing the advantages of AT&T Fiber internet. Provide ongoing coaching to help team members improve their ability to sell AT&T Fiber solutions confidently. Support sales growth by leading the team in identifying and capitalizing on AT&T Fiber upgrade opportunities. Ensure quality customer experiences by guiding the team to deliver clear and practical AT&T Fiber recommendations. Monitor sales metrics and offer targeted support to help the team meet AT&T Fiber performance expectations. Foster a collaborative environment that focuses on both team development and strong AT&T Fiber sales results. Qualifications of a Full Time Sales Team Lead Experience in sales leadership or customer service is a plus, but not required. Solid understanding of AT&T Fiber technology and its advantages for home connectivity. Effective team builder who can maintain high morale while driving strong sales results. Skilled at implementing sales strategies to improve AT&T Fiber performance.
Pay:
$54,385.69 - $65,496.74 per year
