We work with everyone from recreational riders to World Cup athletes, delivering custom suspension solutions that improve performance on the trail. In addition to our suspension services and proprietary Fluid Focus products, we have an in house coil spring brand called Super Alloy Racing (SAR) that we design in collaboration with Eibach. We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional who understands that success is measured by generating revenue and impeccable customer service. Position Overview This is not an order-taking position. We are looking for a sales professional who can actively develop new business, build relationships, identify opportunities, and consistently generate sales growth for both Fluid Focus and Super Alloy Racing products. In addition to sales responsibilities, this role serves as a key point of contact for our customers. The successful candidate will be expected to provide a high level of customer service, assist riders with suspension-related inquiries, and help guide customers through the service process. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable being held accountable to sales goals and performance metrics. ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development Generate new sales opportunities for Fluid Focus products and services. Drive sales growth for Super Alloy Racing springs and related products. Develop and maintain relationships with bicycle dealers, suspension service centers, bike parks, distributors, OEM manufacturers, race teams, and industry partners. Prospect new customers through phone calls and email outreach Manage leads and customer relationships through CRM systems. Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Attend industry events, races, trade shows, and dealer visits as required. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. Collaborate with the entire Fluid Focus team to identify new opportunities and support product launches. MUST be a team player Customer Service & Operations Answer customer emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner. Provide estimates and recommendations for suspension service requests. Assist customers in selecting the appropriate suspension products and upgrades for their needs. Check in customer suspension products for service and accurately document work requests. Communicate with customers regarding service timelines, recommendations, and completed work. Provide one-on-one customer support both in person and remotely. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Assist with general administrative and customer service duties as needed. Help identify upselling opportunities that provide value to customers while supporting company sales objectives. Requirements Proven sales experience with a track record of generating revenue. Strong prospecting and business development skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Organized and disciplined approach to pipeline management. Comfortable with CRM software and sales reporting. Ability to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for mountain biking and knowledge of suspension products is highly preferred. Ability to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the bicycle industry. Existing relationships with bike shops, distributors, OEMs, race teams, or industry contacts. Technical understanding of mountain bike suspension. Experience selling premium performance products. Previous customer service, service advisor, or technical support experience. While customer service is an important component of the role, the primary objective is to generate revenue and grow the Fluid Focus and Super Alloy Racing brands.
