What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success. Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously. Train, coach, and develop new sales associates. Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards. Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes. Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings.

Who You Are:

Experienced in commission-based sales and team building. A skilled communicator and expert listener. Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills. Passionate about interior design and customer service. Comfortable with technology and adaptable to change. Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Full time -

Non-Exempt/Hourly Training Rate:

For the first 3 months, $ 1,600 to $1,760. Paid bi-weekly while training!

Post Training Rate:

Continuous base wage of $18.70, PLUS uncapped commission on personal sales, PLUS percentage of store sales!
