This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys working with people, negotiating purchases, and helping build a high-quality pre-owned inventory. As a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring vehicles directly from consumers, online marketplaces, service drive opportunities, and other lead sources. You will play a critical role in helping Toyota Marin maintain a strong inventory of quality pre-owned vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a performance-driven position with significant earning potential for individuals who are proactive, customer-focused, and motivated to succeed. Compensation & Benefits $2,800

• 15,000+ Per Month Competitive compensation plan Uncapped earning potential Full-time position Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Ongoing Training & Development Career Advancement Opportunities Supportive Team Environment What You'll Do Identify and acquire quality pre-owned vehicles from private-party sellers and other acquisition channels Contact potential sellers through phone calls, internet leads, referrals, and online marketplaces Build relationships with customers interested in selling or trading their vehicles Schedule vehicle appraisal appointments and assist customers through the acquisition process Evaluate vehicle condition and gather information needed for appraisals Work closely with management to identify inventory needs and acquisition opportunities Negotiate vehicle purchases while providing a professional customer experience Generate new acquisition opportunities through prospecting and outreach efforts Partner with the sales team to maximize dealership opportunities Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within dealership systems Qualifications Automotive sales, vehicle acquisition, purchasing, or customer service experience preferred Dealership experience is highly desirable Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting for opportunities Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn and succeed Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Strong organizational and follow-up skills Valid driver's license required Why Toyota Marin?
