We would ideally like to hire with prior automotive sales experience that can "hit the ground running" but will consider someone with extensive sales or customer service experience. If this is not you, please do not apply. Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required. Inventory levels are increasing, demand for vehicles is high and we are forced to increase our staffing levels. Our Sales People handle all kinds of inquiries including walk-ins, phone prospects, internet and fleet/commercial prospects. We need someone who is well rounded and can handle any type of customer. We do not use closers and expect a lot from our salespeople. In return we over compensate them financially, offer full benefits and offer a great work & life balance with a great schedule. This position has a base pay, plus commission, plus bonus, plus SFE money from Chevrolet. Part of the commission is also paid in cash daily. Training is provided as well as job growth and upward mobility. The schedule for this position includes working nights, weekends, and Holidays. Interviews are being held now. This will be a hands on position with lots of customer interaction.
