Inside Sales / Internet Sales

We are a wholesale distributor in the swimming pool and water treatment industry. Knowledge of the swimming pool industry is a plus. We are looking to add to our team a strong individual in our Inside Sales department. This person will help customers with placing orders and quotes along with internet sales support. Must be well organized and able to multi-task. Strong computer skills is a plus.

LIST OF DUTIES

• Main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• Receive customer inquiries via phone calls, or emails and provide basic information and schedule estimates.
• Support Outside Sales
• Complete and send estimates, sales orders.
• Maintain customer contact throughout jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Set up deliveries with Dispatch or LTL services.
• Maintain Quote logs and Territory Logs
• Must have previous experience as Service Representative
• Must be skilled using office productivity software such as Excel, Word, E-Mail, Internet browsing, etc.
• Must be proficient in English grammar and spelling.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Professional and pleasant phone demeanor.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds required..
• Reliable transportation required.
• Have the ability to multi-task.
• Be a "Team Player", communicating effectively with others.
• Capable of working on your own; however, willing to ask for help when needed.
