$20.00 - $22.00 per hour + Bonus Opportunities About Us Brightside Rx is an independent pharmacy specializing in serving personal injury patients and working closely with law firms and medical providers throughout California and other states. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, fast turnaround times, and building strong relationships with our referral partners. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and personable Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help grow our network of law firms and medical providers while assisting with social media and brand awareness efforts. No prior marketing experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Position Overview This position combines business development, relationship management, community outreach, and social media coordination. The successful candidate will represent Brightside Rx both inside and outside the office, helping to develop and maintain relationships with referral partners while promoting the company's services and brand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, attending events, and working independently while contributing to the growth of a healthcare company. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with law firms, medical providers, and community partners Conduct in-person visits to law firms and provider offices Attend networking events, conferences, and community outreach opportunities Follow up with prospective and existing referral sources Identify and develop new referral opportunities Assist with marketing initiatives and brand awareness efforts Capture photos and videos during events, meetings, and outreach activities Create, edit, and post content for the Company's Instagram account Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and business development efforts Represent Brightside Rx in a professional manner at all times Qualifications No degree required No prior marketing experience required Willingness to learn and grow within the role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable interacting with attorneys, medical professionals, office staff, and community partners Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Travel Requirements Approximately 50% office-based and 50% field-based work Regular local travel to law firms, medical offices, and networking events Occasional out-of-state travel may be required Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and maintain automobile insurance Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Occasional evening or weekend attendance at networking events, conferences, or business functions may be required Compensation & Benefits $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Performance and referral bonus opportunities Health insurance eligibility following successful completion of a three (3) month probationary period Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Sick Leave Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel Company-paid airfare, hotel accommodations, rental vehicles, and meal allowance for approved overnight business travel Why Join Brightside Rx?
