Full-Time or Part-Time Available About JackBoy's JackBoy's Pet Bakery is one of Southern California's original pet bakeries, creating fresh-baked dog treats, celebration cakes, chews, and specialty pet goods since 2007. As we continue expanding our wholesale and retail presence, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive team member to help support our growing network of stores and partners. Position Overview The Wholesale Account Coordinator helps manage the day-to-day support, organization, and fulfillment of JackBoy's wholesale business. This role is equal parts customer support, operations coordination, inventory organization, merchandising assistance, and fulfillment execution. The ideal person is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to help grow a modern consumer brand. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where no two days look exactly the same. ResponsibilitiesWholesale Account Support Help manage communication with wholesale accounts and retail partners Assist with order processing, invoicing, and tracking Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping preparation Help onboard new wholesale partners Organize product samples, line sheets, and account materials Maintain accurate wholesale account records and spreadsheets Follow up on reorders, inventory needs, and account questions Fulfillment & Operations Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing wholesale orders Help maintain inventory organization and stock levels Support operational systems and workflow improvements Coordinate supplies, packaging materials, and product prep Assist with production planning and scheduling support Brand & Merchandising Support Assist with retail merchandising and display setup Help prepare signage, packaging, and promotional materials Support pop-ups, events, launches, and trade opportunities Ensure products are consistently presented to brand standards Administrative Support Assist leadership with project coordination and organization Manage spreadsheets, product information, and order details Support internal communication and follow-through on tasks Jump into additional projects as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable lifting boxes and being active throughout the day Basic computer proficiency including Google Drive, email, and spreadsheets Retail, wholesale, fulfillment, bakery, or pet industry experience preferred Shopify, Canva, or social media experience is a plus Ideal Candidate Naturally organized and detail-focused Reliable and proactive Enjoys helping people and solving problems Comfortable balancing operational and creative tasks Excited to grow with a developing brand Thrives in small business environments where adaptability matters Why Join JackBoy's?
