This role combines luxury retail sales, customer service, and appointment coordination. There may be opportunity to transition to a more full time position and/or a more senior position in the future. The ideal candidate is outgoing, polished, dependable, and enjoys building relationships with clients, while helping them discover products and services that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

- Retail Sales Welcome and engage customers in a warm, professional manner. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on skincare, beauty, wellness, and gift products. Assist clients in selecting products and services tailored to their goals. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain attractive and organized product displays. Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment. . - Spa Concierge Answer phones and respond to client inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments. Check clients in and out for services. Coordinate with estheticians and massage therapists. Maintain accurate client records and appointment information. Ensure the reception area remains welcoming, clean, and organized. - Qualifications Previous retail sales, spa, salon, or other relevant customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, and/or luxury retail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional customer service. Experience with point-of-sale and appointment scheduling systems is a plus. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. - Schedule Part-time position. Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) strongly preferred.
