Farmers District 80, led by Candice Salcedo, is hiring a District Sales & Agency Growth Manager to partner with more than 40 active agencies across the region. This role blends sales leadership, business consulting, recruiting, and agent development to elevate the success of both new and experienced Farmers agents. This is the perfect role for high-performing professionals in insurance sales management, recruiting, sales training, or business development who want to make an impact — with a clear path toward becoming a District Manager. You will act as the performance coach, strategist, and leadership partner for agents as they grow their agencies, recruit new talent, and maximize production. You will also lead new agent onboarding and guide candidates through the Agent-in-Training and Agency Ownership pathways — helping them launch, scale, and succeed. Salary Range:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Insurance sales or agency management Sales leadership or sales training Recruiting or talent acquisition Business consulting or performance coaching Proven leadership and coaching ability Experience developing sales professionals or teams Ability to hold others accountable while providing support Strong motivational and communication skills Strong sales knowledge and business acumen Understanding of sales processes, funnels, KPIs, and production metrics Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities Confidence presenting the business ownership opportunity to prospects Technical & Analytical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, tracking sheets, KPI analysis) Ability to use CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools Familiarity with automation platforms, Insightful, and other Farmers tools Experience with LinkedIn, AI sourcing tools, and drip campaign platforms Creative Marketing & Presentation Skills Ability to create training materials, sales presentations, and marketing content Canva experience preferred Communication & Leadership Presence Excellent public speaking and presentation skills Ability to run meetings, trainings, and performance reviews Strong writing, follow-through, and organizational skills Licensing Requirements Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses(FREE licensing course provided) Ability to guide new agents through background checks, coursework, exams, and contracting Personal Qualities Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven Able to manage multiple agents, pipelines, and projects at once Growth mindset with ambition to advance into a District Manager role Passion for developing others and helping agencies scale Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Performance Coaching Coach agents to improve sales processes, close ratios, retention, and production. Provide feedback, accountability, and structured action plans for agency growth. Conduct performance reviews and help agents set and achieve KPI targets. Agency Growth & Business Development Help agencies scale through improved systems, staffing strategies, and productivity. Teach agents how to sell the dream of business ownership to attract new producers. Support agents in building high-performing, fully staffed teams (licensed & VAs). Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Strategy Implement modern recruiting strategies using: LinkedIn AI sourcing tools Drip email campaigns Social media recruiting Coach agents on how to hire effectively and build sustainable talent pipelines. New Agent Onboarding & Training Deliver training on systems, technology, customer service, and sales fundamentals. Technology, Marketing & Systems Training Train agents on: CRM systems Insightful Email marketing Automation tools Sales dashboards Develop training and marketing materials using Canva and internal resources. Data Analysis & Reporting Use Excel and district dashboards to analyze production, trends, and opportunities. Identify performance gaps and help agents execute strategies that drive growth. Collaboration & District Operations Partner closely with District Manager Candice Salcedo on district strategy. Support regional goals, district initiatives, promotions, and performance programs. Help develop a strong, unified district culture focused on excellence.
