This role combines inbound lead management with proactive business development activities. The ideal candidate will engage veterinary clinics, hospitals, imaging centers, and corporate veterinary groups, guiding prospects through the sales process while helping expand CareRay's presence in the veterinary imaging market. This position offers significant growth potential within a rapidly expanding global medical imaging company. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development & Lead Generation Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through the company website, online platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and industry events. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage potential veterinary customers, including clinics, hospitals, specialty centers, and corporate veterinary groups. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and lead nurturing activities. Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers to create new business opportunities. Sales Process Management Conduct product presentations, virtual demonstrations, and introductory consultations for prospective customers. Understand customer clinical and operational requirements and recommend appropriate Veterinary CT solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation in collaboration with internal teams. Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activities, and forecasts within the CRM system. Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle to drive conversion and accelerate deal closure. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall BU2 revenue objectives. Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence Establish strong relationships with veterinary professionals and industry stakeholders. Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to support product and commercial strategy development. Work closely with Marketing, Clinical Applications, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Represent the company at veterinary conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and industry events as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Animal Health, Veterinary Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or a customer-facing commercial role. Proven ability to generate, qualify, and convert sales opportunities. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in veterinary healthcare, animal health, veterinary equipment, medical devices, diagnostic imaging, or healthcare technology industries. Familiarity with capital equipment sales or consultative sales processes. Experience selling to veterinary clinics, hospitals, or corporate veterinary groups. Experience supporting online sales platforms, e-commerce operations, or digital lead-generation programs. Knowledge of veterinary imaging modalities such as X-ray, CT, CBCT, or ultrasound is a plus.
