HVAC / Mechanical Services / Facilities About the Opportunity A well-established and rapidly growing mechanical services provider is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth within the commercial sector. This is a true hunter role , focused primarily on prospecting, developing, and closing new preventative maintenance agreements. The company has a strong market presence, a full suite of service offerings, and a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions across a diverse portfolio of commercial facilities. What You'll Do Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and territory development Identify and close HVAC preventative maintenance (PM) service agreements with commercial clients Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities Conduct site visits, job walks, and customer needs assessments Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and contract pricing Collaborate with internal operations teams for smooth client onboarding Continuously identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within new accounts What Success Looks Like Strong first-year performance in new contract sales (target-driven environment) Consistent pipeline activity and outbound prospecting efforts Ability to develop long-term client relationships and referral networks Regularly meeting or exceeding revenue goals What We're Looking For 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a focus on new business development Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong prospecting and cold outreach capabilities Experience selling service contracts, maintenance agreements, or technical services preferred Ability to communicate effectively with facility managers, property managers, and decision-makers Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable operating independently Why This Opportunity High-growth company with strong operational support Uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance Opportunity to build a book of business in a stable, recession-resistant industry Visibility with leadership and clear path for growth #ZRCFS #LI-BF1 #
