Senior Sales Representative BBSI United States, California, Santa Clara May 26, 2026 Sales Representative - Construction / Architectural Systems Overview We are a fast-growing subcontractor specializing in high-end architectural panel systems across the Bay Area. We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to build new business, strengthen industry partnerships, and support long-term growth. This role starts with a strong focus on hands-on business development and will evolve into a leadership position as the company scales. Sales & Business Development Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities across Northern California
Conduct outreach through client meetings, job walks, industry events, and networking
Build relationships with general contractors, architects, developers, and project managers
Track and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com)
Prepare proposals, support bid strategy, and coordinate project handoffs
Evaluate incoming opportunities and follow up on active proposals Account Management Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Provide consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
Address client needs and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction Growth & Leadership Partner with leadership on sales strategy, forecasting, and market expansion
Help develop scalable sales processes and reporting
Support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of future sales team members
Contribute to marketing and brand visibility efforts What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales, business development, or construction-related industries
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
Organized and comfortable managing pipelines and multiple opportunities
Familiarity with the Bay Area construction market is a plus
