In-Home Sales Representative - Appointments Provided Earn What You're Worth! Uncapped Commissions Real Appointments Real Opportunity CPR Home Solutions is growing and looking for motivated, ambitious, and results-driven individuals to join our sales team. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or someone looking for a career change, we provide the training, support, and proven sales system needed to help you succeed. Unlike many sales opportunities, we provide pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services. That means you spend your time meeting with customers, presenting solutions, and closing deals. If you're willing to learn, follow a proven process, and put in the work, this position offers unlimited earning potential. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners who have requested information about our services. Conduct in-home consultations and product presentations. Recommend solutions based on the homeowner's needs. Build trust and create value throughout the sales process. Follow our proven sales system and presentation process. Generate referrals and additional opportunities for increased earnings. Maintain communication with prospects and customers. Work closely with management and training staff to improve performance and results. What We Offer Pre-qualified appointments provided. Sales experience is a plus but not required. Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel to appointments within assigned territory. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
