In this role, you'll be at the heart of our sales engine, working closely with leadership to develop and execute winning strategies, build lasting customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Industry-specific training will be provided, but your sales instincts, hustle, and strategic mindset will be your greatest assets. What You'll Do Master our diverse product lines and become a trusted resource for customers Collaborate with the Sales Manager to craft and execute targeted sales strategies Prospect and develop new business from curated account lists and self-sourced leads Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and projects, and consistently close new customers Partner with customer service and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment Cold call and research new opportunities using online tools and published sources Follow up aggressively on inbound and outbound leads Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships Independently manage your sales funnel from prospecting to close What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, and closing new accounts Strong work ethic, integrity, and a self-starter mentality Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Word & Excel Prior experience in plastics or materials distribution is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is hungry to grow with a company that's scaling rapidly.
