We sell parts to the heavy duty trucking industry. Duties Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing detailed product information and solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating client information in our invoice system with precision and efficiency Assist customers with order processing, data entry, and cash handling as needed, ensuring smooth transaction flow Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored recommendations Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and identify new sales opportunities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Experience Previous experience in call center environments or outbound sales roles is highly desirable but not required, training is available General computer skills Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English paired with other languages Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail during data entry and analysis Experience in customer support or client services roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills Familiarity with sales techniques, customer service best practices, and call center protocols is advantageous Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via phone, demonstrating professionalism and positive attitude throughout interactions Join us as an Inside Sales Representative where your energy fuels success!
