In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with potential clients and nurturing existing relationships through proactive communication. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to our overall success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment. Duties Reach out to prospective Golf Course operators and Golf Store retailers via outbound calls to introduce products and services, answer questions, and generate new business opportunities by placing products in their locations. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy during all customer interactions, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client needs are met with enthusiasm Enter accurate data into CRM systems and other databases to track leads, sales activities, and customer information Follow up with existing clients to nurture relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure ongoing satisfaction Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales effectiveness and achieving targets Follow order procedures for processing orders to sales administration. Skills Strong sales acumen with experience in outbound calling and B2b client engagement Professional presentations of product features and benefits, along with assertiveness in asking for the order Excellent service skills combined with professional telesales experience Proficiency in a CRM plus Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills for data entry and communication tools Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and documentationJoin us as an Inside Sales Representative where your proactive approach will fuel your career growth while helping us deliver outstanding service!
