Backed by private equity we are entering an exciting phase of accelerated growth and market expansion. We are seeking an exceptional Sales Leader to help drive the next chapter of our success. This is not a traditional management role. We are looking for a hands-on sales executive who thrives in the field, wins business personally, develops high-performing teams, and creates scalable sales processes that support long-term growth. As our Sales Leader, you will serve as the architect of our revenue growth strategy while remaining actively engaged in the sales process. You will work closely with executive leadership to develop and execute plans that support ambitious growth objectives, expand market share, and strengthen profitability. Success in this role requires the ability to build a disciplined sales organization that combines strong customer relationships with data-driven decision making, forecasting accuracy, and operational alignment. Unlike many leadership positions, this role requires a leader who enjoys selling. You will personally pursue and close key opportunities, maintain relationships with strategic customers and industry partners, and provide guidance on major proposals and negotiations. Your ability to lead by example and inspire confidence among both customers and team members will be critical to achieving our growth goals. You will also play a central role in building and developing a high-performing sales team. This includes recruiting top talent, coaching team members, establishing accountability, and creating a culture that emphasizes ownership, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Working closely with operations, modernization, service, and project management teams, you will help ensure that customer commitments align with operational capabilities while protecting margins and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring at least eight years of elevator industry sales experience, including significant exposure to service, repair, and modernization sales. Previous leadership experience is essential, along with a demonstrated track record of success as both an individual contributor and a team leader. Candidates should possess strong business and financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin management. The ability to build executive-level relationships, negotiate complex opportunities, and navigate a fast-paced growth environment is equally important. Experience working in a private-equity-backed organization is highly desirable, as is familiarity with MRL elevator sales. Candidates should be comfortable using CRM platforms, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office applications to drive performance and visibility throughout the sales process.
