We are a bio-resin engineering company that assists our customers to achieve their sustainability goals of net zero carbon footprint, net zero plastic and waste to landfills. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding our presence within the plastics industry. Position Overview Must have experience in the Plastic and Packaging Industry. The Sales Representative will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting our products to customers across various industries. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in building long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the plastics, manufacturing, and industrial markets.
• Cold Calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
• Present and promote company products and solutions to potential and existing clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, quoting, and closing deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Work closely with internal teams including operations, customer service, and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Research
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records. Qualifications
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in plastics, packaging, manufacturing, or industrial products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not always required depending on experience). Key Skills
