Your exceptional communication skills and persuasive approach will enable you to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and providing personalized solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Identify and engage potential customers through various sales strategies. Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and events. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales techniques. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers. A passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of vehicles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and targets. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Positive attitude and high energy with willingness to go above and beyond.
