You will drive revenue growth across two product lines, selling Trimlight permanent LED roofline lighting systems and custom landscape lighting solutions to commercial and high-end residential clients throughout the San Diego area. You are self-motivated, organized, and trusted to manage your own territory with discipline. You bring proven B2B outside sales experience (lighting, construction, home services, smart home, or related industries), CRM proficiency, and a valid driver's license. What You Will Do Each Day Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and residential markets. Conduct on-site consultations to assess rooflines, architecture, and outdoor environments. Design and quote customized Trimlight installations, including channel runs, controller placement, and programmable scenes. Design custom landscape lighting systems incorporating uplighting, downlighting, pathway, accent, and security fixtures. Demonstrate the Trimlight app, programmable features, and year-round use cases during client meetings. Build relationships with builders, contractors, property managers, and homeowners, and attend networking events and trade shows to generate leads.
