Duties Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities. Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to prospective buyers. Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing terms to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership objectives. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory levels, vehicle specifications, and market trends to provide accurate information and tailored recommendations. Support inventory management by coordinating vehicle availability, organizing test drives, and ensuring proper documentation for each sale. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail automotive sales with dealership experience preferred. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities to build rapport and close deals effectively. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases better. Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data efficiently. Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Skilled in public speaking and customer service to confidently present vehicles and answer inquiries professionally. Knowledge of automotive inventory management, inventory control procedures, retail math, and dealership operations. Ability to perform outbound sales activities including cold calling and marketing outreach with high energy and persistence. Strong phone etiquette combined with excellent organizational skills to support seamless sales support activities.
