Sales Outreach Associate:

Engage directly with residents from local communities and consumers to promote a communications program that improves accessibility and connectivity for day-to-day life. Qualify eligible customers for wireless tools and solutions Guide prospective consumers through the benefits, functionality and value of our telecommunications offerings. Propel salesby evaluating customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services as our designated Sales Outreach Associate. Handle consumer queries and concerns with excellent customer service while displaying professionalism and up to date product expertise. Share program resources that emphasize product benefits and encourage enrollment and long-term success. Coordinate with other Sales Outreach Associate team members to organize, plan and implement outreach initiatives aimed at customer growth, sales, revenue generation and maintaining existing accounts.
