Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Consultant that share in our passion and vision to transform the automotive purchase experience and thrive in a fast pace ever evolving environment!!! As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the following: Managing all sales activities generated from referrals and guest inquiries. Conducting business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, text messages, and in person appointments. Building and maintaining long term customer relationships where everyone wins. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles. Most importantly we are looking for individuals who exemplify our Core Values of Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, and always maintains a high ethical standard in all the activities they partake in. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Individuals should possess:
A high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one (1) year sales experience preferred. Superior communication and customer service skills, effective via email and telephone Excellent follow-through skills Attention to detail for accuracy Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere Must have a valid California Driver's License with an acceptable and safe driving record. Use hands and fingers in repetitive motions, daily. Frequently bend, stretch, twist, or reach with their body, arms, and/or legs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces. Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods. Operating motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
