Full Job Description Position Title:
Catering Sales/Event Coordinator Esposto's is a family owned and operated full service catering company located in South San Francisco. Esposto's delivers a wide variety of catering menus depending on the occasion. We operate in conjunction with our sister company
  • Your Party Rental Company, which delivers all of your party rental needs
  • chairs, tents, linens, etc.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Catering Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating catering orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth in our catering department.
Position Summary:
Catering Sales/Event Coordinator is responsible for daily booking, processing, scheduling and management of orders and events.
Responsibilities to include:
  • Administrative tasks during office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
  • Weekend/Evening Hours Required as needed (based on events, schedule can adjust)
  • Manage catering inquiries, orders, and contracts
  • Coordinate with clients to customize catering packages to meet their needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the catering process
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of catering orders
  • Maintain accurate records of all catering transactions and client interactions
  • Assist in Marketing & Advertising to promote both Companies
  • Assist during initial Set-Up for full-service events (off-site). Manage and schedule front-of-house full-service event staffing, when necessary
  • Resolve situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Prior sales and food industry knowledge is preferred
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
