Construction Sales Representative JT & Brothers Construction Temecula, CA Job Details Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Email customer support Phone communication Restoration English Driver's License Prospecting Closing sales leads Solution selling approach Sales follow-up Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads (phone/text/email) and follow up consistently Qualify prospects (scope, budget, timeline, decision-makers) Schedule and run in-person appointments across San Diego & Riverside Counties Walk properties/job sites, take notes/photos, and gather details for estimating Explain our process, timelines, and expectations in a clear, professional way Present proposals and help guide clients to a decision Negotiate within company guidelines and secure signed agreements Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates in our CRM/tracking system Coordinate handoff to production once a job is sold Support client communication through change orders and project updates as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required) Willing and able to commute throughout San Diego County and Riverside County Basic construction knowledge is acceptable (remodeling/ADU/restoration familiarity is a plus) Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, text, email) Comfortable with consultative selling and asking for the close
