CSR / Inside Sales Support Specialist

• About the

Role:

• We are seeking a motivated CSR / Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on account management and supporting existing customers as well as warm inbound leads. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing quotes, assisting sales efforts, and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and provide support to existing clients and inbound inquiries
• Prepare and submit RFQs and customer quotations
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with suppliers
• Issue purchase orders and manage order flow
• Utilize ERP systems to track and manage transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams, including receiving and shipping, to support daily operations
• Learn various aspects of the business and contribute to overall team success

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management
• Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude
• Ability to understand technical concepts (e.g., reading drawings, parts, and specifications)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred
