Hardscape & Landscape Sales Leader (Commission + Profit %)

What You will Do Represent the company professionally with clients, crews, vendors, and internal team members. Meet with qualified homeowners on pre-set appointments to assess needs and develop tailored hardscape/landscape solutions. Design outdoor living spaces and present compelling project concepts and estimates. Measure, sketch, and develop detailed project proposals. Prepare estimates using Microsoft Excel templates. Present proposals and confidently close sales Serve as the primary client contact from design through project completion. Support brand growth through social media and occasional local events. What We Are Looking For Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-only role Positive, professional, and results-driven mindset Experience in in-home sales (home improvement or similar industry preferred) Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. Strong organization and time management abilities Basic drawing, measuring, and math skills.
