In this role, you will leverage customer data, analytics, and market insights to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and drive revenue growth. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoys combining analytical thinking with relationship building. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and qualify new sales opportunities Engage prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings Analyze customer data and behavior to tailor sales strategies Present product solutions and deliver compelling demos Manage and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging Track and report key sales metrics and customer insights Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of inside sales, business development, or related experience Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) Self-motivated and results-driven Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or technology-driven environments Familiarity with sales analytics tools and reporting dashboards Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
