Position Overview B&B Mensch Security is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thousand Oaks, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting our security services, and contributing to the continued growth of the company. Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads and sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and in-person visits to potential clients. Build and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, facility managers, and other prospective customers. Present and explain B&B Mensch Security services to prospective clients. Conduct client needs assessments and recommend customized security solutions. Prepare proposals, pricing quotes, and service agreements. Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to support company growth. Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the local market. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, service follow-up, and account management. Coordinate with the operations team regarding client expectations, service requirements, and contract implementation. Identify opportunities for contract renewals, upselling, and additional services. Attend networking events, trade shows, and community business meetings to promote company services. Monitor competitor activity, industry developments, and local market trends. Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and activity reports. Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Assist with training initiatives and support the professional development of team members when needed. Qualifications Previous sales, business development, or marketing experience preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Strong sales management, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience in the security industry or a related field is a plus. Friday:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 5-6 days per week 8-10 hour shifts Weekend availability and flexibility as needed
Compensation Hourly Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Commission Structure:
5% Year 1 7% Year 2 9% Year 3 Monthly bonuses based on new customer acquisition and exceeding sales goals Total compensation potential: $45.00 - $60.00+ per hour equivalent, including commissions and bonuses Why Join B&B Mensch Security?
