WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process

• from write-up to delivery Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication guests can trust Build accurate estimates, set realistic timelines, and follow through on every commitment Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving efficiently and on schedule Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle value Deliver a consistent, high-quality pickup and delivery experience across all three GM brands Maintain accurate records in the DMS and follow all documentation and compliance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership GM brand experience (Buick, GMC, or Cadillac) strongly preferred Reynolds & Reynolds experience strongly preferred Track record of strong CSI/NPS scores and repeat guest relationships Clear, calm communicator who builds trust with guests and keeps technicians and managers aligned Ability to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to detail or guest experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A hospitality mindset
