Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary plus Commission (Potential earnings of $35K - $200K)

Position Overview:
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the car buying experience for our customers. Engage with customers virtually and in-person, guiding them through every step of their purchase process. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, providing outstanding customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle leads, answer inquiries, and guide customers through the car buying process. Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and retention. Transition customers from online inquiries to in-store experiences seamlessly. Engage in consultative selling, matching vehicles to customer needs. Ensure a memorable vehicle delivery experience. Proactively follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction. Employ innovative prospecting strategies to expand customer base. Achieve targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction ratings. Enhance product knowledge continuously to provide expert advice.
Success Metrics:
Achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction ratings, and process efficiency metrics.
Requirements:
Proven automotive sales experience (minimum 1 year, averaging 13+ car sales per month). Proficiency with technology including mobile devices, web applications, and CRM tools. Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record. A commitment to ongoing professional development is encouraged, with a 2-year college education recommended.
