What You'll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential buyers and sellers Qualify leads and set appointments for our listing and buyer agents Follow up with leads using our proven systems and scripts Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service Track and manage your pipeline using our CRM Participate in daily team huddles and weekly training sessions Convert conversations into appointments and closings

Who You Are:

• Licensed California real estate agent (active license preferred)
• 2+ years living in the Tahoe/Truckee area — you know the community, the lifestyle, and the market
• Sales experience — retail, hospitality, tech, or another industry where you proved you can connect and convert
• Great on the phone — confident, articulate, and comfortable having real conversations
• Hungry and coachable — you're ready to learn, take feedback, and grow
• Team-oriented — you thrive in collaboration and accountability
• Committed to Tahoe — this is home, and you want a career that supports your mountain lifestyle
