PM Compensation:
$22•$26/hour base pay + performance bonuses ( Top performers can earn $70,000•90,000+ annually )

What You'll Do (The Role) This is a dynamic, patient-facing role focused on building trust and helping patients feel heard and understood.
You will:
Conduct Consultations:
Meet one on one with warm leads and patients interested in our wellness, red light therapy, and weight loss programs.
Enroll & Educate:
Confidently and ethically discuss high-value program recommendations, guiding patients in their next steps in their health journeys.
Drive Accountability:
Follow up consistently with active patients to track progress, celebrate wins, and keep them motivated.
Manage Outbound Follow-Ups:
Proactively connect with inquiries and prospective patients.
Collaborate:
Work closely with our clinical team and doctors to ensure a seamless, world-class patient experience. Who You Are (Requirements)
