• 100,000+ annually (top performers exceed this) About the Role We're hiring a motivated Outside Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present our garage floor epoxy systems, and close sales.

You'll work with pre-qualified leads and follow up with warm inquiries generated through our marketing. What You'll Do Meet with residential clients for in-home consultations Present epoxy flooring options and samples Walk clients through the installation process Follow up with warm leads (no cold calling) Build trust, handle objections, and close sales Track leads, appointments, and results What We're Looking For 1+ year of outside or in-home sales experience Confident communicator with strong closing ability Results-driven and competitive mindset Strong objection-handling skills Professional, clean-cut appearance and demeanor Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement Requirements Valid California driver's license with clean record Reliable transportation Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed Basic tech skills (CRM, mobile apps, etc.) Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Must be able to pass a background check Nice to Have Home improvement or construction sales experience Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Compensation & Opportunity Hourly base ($20
